Umami Magic - Simple Low Carb/High Protein Pizza Crust

Viral Recipe: Low Carb/High Protein Mushroom Pizza Crust

Easy One Can and One Pan!

Crust:

• 4oz Drained Can Pieces & Stems Mushrooms

• 1 Cup Cottage Cheese

• 2 Eggs

• 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese

• 1/2 tsp Oregano

• 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder

 

Toppings:

Desired veggies, pizza sauce and mozzarella cheese

 

  1. Add crust ingredients to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth
  2. Pour the blended mixture onto a parchment lined pan and spread it out evenly
  3. Bake at 350˚ degrees for approximately 40 minutes
  4. Allow to cool and harden for approximately 10 minutes and then add desired sauce, cheese and toppings
  5. Bake or broil for another 5 minutes until cheese is melted.
