Viral Recipe: Low Carb/High Protein Mushroom Flatbread/Wrap

Easy One Can and One Pan!

• 4oz Drained Can Pieces & Stems Mushrooms

• 1 Cup Cottage Cheese

• 2 Eggs

• 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese

• Seasoning: 1/2 tsp each garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, and salt and pepper to taste. (You can also use any other spices you like. The flatbread is a blank canvas!)

 

  1. Add ingredients to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth
  2. Pour the blended mixture onto a parchment lined pan and spread it out evenly
  3. Bake at 350˚ degrees for approximately 40 minutes
  4. Enjoy flatbread any way you would like!
