Black Bean Mushroom Hummus
A great way to add mushrooms to your diet!
INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups Canned Black Beans, drained
- 1 can Giorgio®, Pennsylvania Dutchman® or Brandywine® Pieces & Stems Canned Mushrooms, drained
- 3 tablespoons Tahini
- 1/3 cup water
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 cloves fresh garlic, smashed
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
DIRECTIONS
- Add all ingredients to food processor
- Blend until smooth
- Place hummus in a bowl, drizzle over olive oil for garnish (optional)
- Enjoy!
