Crafted using a blend of our freshly harvested mushrooms, each kit is thoughtfully assembled with hand-selected varieties and one of three unique seasoning blends developed to satisfy a variety of flavor preferences.

EASY TO COOK

Toss the mushrooms with the included seasoning packet, then cook directly in the grill tray until tender and lightly caramelized.

Cooking Instructions

Grilling/Conventional Oven: 

  • Preheat grill/oven to 450°F. Remove cardboard sleeve, wrap, and seasoning pack from tray. 
  • Add 2 tbsp of cooking oil (not included) to mushrooms. 
  • Add seasoning to mushrooms, evenly coating mushrooms. 
  • Place tray into preheated oven/grill. 
  • Cook for 25-30 minutes, stirring occasionally until completely cooked. 

(Note: Due to oven/grill variances, adjust cooking times as needed to ensure food is thoroughly cooked. To ensure that the product is thoroughly cooked, the internal temperature must reach 165°F.)
