We’ve been perfecting the art of mushroom growing since 1928. A craft grounded in family tradition, shaped by instinct and guided by care.
From our signature organic soil to the exact moment of harvest, every decision is made with experience. We know when to mist, when to wait, and when to cut. Bringing out the natural goodness and keeping it intact.
Our mushrooms are handled just twice: once to harvest, once to
pack, then swaddled in our custom-designed till. For us, mastery
isn’t just about growing well. It’s about growing with purpose and protecting what we’ve nurtured.
